Half Day Wildlife Watching Walks

Coastal Wildlife

On this popular half-day walk, we take a relaxed stroll along Arran’s rugged coastline looking for iconic species such as otters, harbour seals and gannets. Learn all about these amazing animals, where they live, and watch them fishing and relaxing in their natural habitat. The walk is along a section of Arran coastline that is easily accessible, on tarmac road, 4x4 track and on the Arran Coastal Way. This walk can be adapted to people with reduced mobility.

£100 1-4 people, larger group rates available on request .

Wildlife of the Glens

Explore one of Arran's spectacular glens, carved by long extinct glaciers. Discover the special geology, flora and fauna of these dramatic and wild places. Whether we head to Glen Rosa, Glen Catacol or Glen Sannox, here we will be looking for birds of prey and red deer, but we are likely to see plenty of other wildlife including wheatears, stone chats and a variety of reptiles. The path may be rough in places, but there is very little height gain so this walk is suitable for people who are able to walk along flat terrain.

£100 1-4 people, larger group rates available on request.
